Crestbridge has appointed Emily Manning as its Director of Real Estate Funds. In her new role, Emily will provide leadership within the team, working with colleagues to drive the business forward and ensure the delivery of first-class standards of client service. Emily will also have responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of multinational fund manager clients and help build relationships with existing and new clients and intermediaries.

With more than a decade of experience in the cross-border funds environment, Emily began her career at Crestbridge where she worked for six years overseeing portfolios of property investment vehicles, before moving to work in the corporate administration sector for a major European banking organisation.

She re-joins Crestbridge having most recently held the position of Head of Fund Operations at an international fund service provider, where she had responsibility for the internal operations of the business.

Commenting on Emily’s appointment, Brian Jemwa, Head of Real Estate Funds at Crestbridge, said:

“Crestbridge is continuing to position itself as a leading service provider in the real estate funds space, drawing on our extensive experience to provide managers with sophisticated, bespoke solutions spanning administration, compliance, reporting, restructuring, listing and ManCo support. I’m delighted to welcome Emily back to the Crestbridge team. Her considerable experience specialising in real estate services will further add to the existing expertise within our team and play an important part as we continue to evolve our proposition for real estate fund managers.”
