Tony Pitcher, who has 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry, is chair of the Board of Altum Group, which he joined in 2014. Prior to that, he held senior roles in both owner managed, and bank owned fiduciary businesses in Jersey and spent his earlier career working for PwC and EY where he became a Partner.

A graduate of Warwick Business School and a qualified chartered accountant, he is past Chair of the Jersey Committee of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently Deputy Worldwide Chair of STEP and a member of the STEP Worldwide Board.

Michelle Ryan has an 18-year career in private banking in both Jersey and London. Former Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (FCSI), Michelle has gained significant technical expertise while leading teams and projects throughout her various roles. Latterly, she headed the business development function for a large Private Bank across the Channel Islands.

In 2020, she established True, a sustainability business, where she is both Director and Chief Sustainability Officer, partnering with corporate clients on their sustainability journeys.
