Last week, the Jersey Finance team spent the afternoon at GROW Jersey, a horticultural community initiative which aims to support Islanders’ wellbeing by creating an inclusive, outdoor space. GROW Jersey aims to transform the acres of farmland through the planting and harvesting of a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, to be distributed to those in Jersey who do not have ready access to nutritious food. We were pleased to help with this project for the second year in a row as part of our corporate social responsibility.
As part of our contribution, we painted woodwork, collected wildflower seeds, mulched fruit trees and vegetables, and mulch more!
