This year we have decided to change the race from a relay to an individual challenge, in light of the current physical distancing measures that may still be in place in Jersey. You’ll run from the beach out to Elizabeth Castle and back at low tide as usual however there will be no ‘passing the batons’ to limit contact between competitors.

The price is just £15 per person to enter, with discounts for companies entering 5 or more runners.

Hawksford and Jersey Heritage are passionate about doing more to minimize our impact on the environment and raising as much financial support for Jersey Heritage as we can. This year we won’t be producing single-use event t-shirts and the cost normally spent on t-shirts will go directly to Jersey Heritage.

Should social distancing and large event restrictions not be lifted by the end of July 2020, the event will be postponed until 2021 and the entry fee carried over.
