The Jersey Finance team has produced a series of filmed podcasts about Jersey’s new Limited Liability Company (LLC) structure. The first episode features an interview with David Patterson, Senior Associate at Carey Olsen. David chats to Jersey Finance’s Peggy Gielen about the LLC’s main use cases and how it compares to other Jersey vehicles.
