Kate Wright

Kate Wright Co-Founder, The Diversity Network

Kate Wright has over 20 years’ experience in HR, Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion - in more recent years providing HR, cultural change and coaching support to Channel Islands and UK-based clients through her consultancy, Arbre Consulting. In 2017, she co-founded The Diversity Network with Sam Duffy, a business networking group and consultancy with a not-for-profit ethos, that aims to work with employers to support D&I and facilitate cultural change across the business community. A passionate campaigner for equality, Kate is also Vice-Chair of Women for Politics, a trustee of the Jersey Community Relations Trust and a member of the IOD D&I sub-committee.

Sheena Brockie

Sheena Brockie Sustainability Consultant, Co-Founder of Plastic Free Jersey and the Founder of The Good Jersey Life

Sheena Brockie is a sustainability consultant, qualified to calculate GHG emission inventories/carbon footprint calculations under ISO14064-1 or verification of GHG inventories under ISO14064-3. Sheena is also an ISO14001:2015 Lead Auditor for Environmental Management Systems. Leaning in to a 25+ year career in the Finance Industry, the latter stages as a Key Person (Compliance and Director roles), Sheena decided to focus her passion for the environment into a career change in 2019.

Christian May

Christian May Head of Planning and Performance for Communications and External Relations, Government of Jersey

Christian is the Head of Communications for the Office of the Chief Executive in the Government of Jersey, encompassing all communications for the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Chief Executive, External Relations and Financial Services. He is directly involved in the day to day management of the Island's COVID-19 communications on both the healthcare emergency and economic response measures. He had responsibility for all of the Government of Jersey's Brexit communications, including preparations for a 'no deal' Brexit and transition period. Christian also provides strategic communications advice to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and the Minister for External Relations. He is a qualified English Barrister (non-practising) and for 10 years was Business Development Manager of boutique litigation practice Baker & Partners.

Martyn White

Martyn White Head of Communications, Government of Jersey

Head of Strategic Communications for Government of Jersey. Deputising for the Director of Communications in his absence and line managing a fantastic team of Heads of Communications. Winner of two national CIM Marketing Effectiveness Awards 2019 for 'Best use of PR' and 'Best Integrated Marketing Campaign - SME'. Over 20 years' experience at the United Nations, Microsoft, Government of Jersey, Mourant, Carey Olsen, HSBC, and many other large businesses and SMEs in Jersey and the UK. Trainer and lecturer in Sales & Marketing. Co-founded the Professional Services Marketing Group in Jersey and former committee member of the Institute of Directors (Jersey) and chair of the PR/Comms sub-committee.

Will Carnegi

Will Carnegi Mental Fitness Coach

Highly experienced management consultant, qualified (ILM Level 7) Executive Coach (Association for Coaching Professional Member) and conference speaker. Member of 3 major corporate Leadership Faculties delivering in physical and virtual formats. Former BT Global Challenge skipper; led crew of 17 around the world in 2000/01 BT Global Challenge. Specialties: Coaching, Leadership & intact team development, behavioural change & conference speaking. Virtual programme design and delivery.
