Overview

What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for helping ensure operational efficiency of the timesheet and billing system and it’s linked processes to help the business meet its financial targets and profitability. Assisting the management of the Billing & Working Capital Team. Full training will be provided.

What will you do?

Production and processing of monthly/quarterly bills and associated schedules for distribution to clients
Maintaining key data spreadsheets relating to billing details to track and monitor the billing cycle
Involvement in the timely process of collecting cash and controlling debtor levels
Assisting with the communication of outstanding Fee Payments
Cash Allocation on receipt of the fee payments to client accounts
Support the business with internal billing queries and reporting including assistance on core billing platforms
Provide 5 Series system support for fiduciaries teams
Regular liaison with other divisional teams such as finance, onboarding, Cessations and Client Handling teams
Support the business with Time sheet management and development of business processes
Providing Reporting data and management information to wider RBC Teams
