This is a single, non-sector specific award that will celebrate a Jersey-based individual within a member firm for driving forward the sustainable finance agenda within their organisation, outside of leadership level.
It is understood that not everyone is currently in a position to influence the flow of capital, however it is still possible to have a meaningful impact on sustainablity at a more junior level. This award intends to capture and commend such an individual.

What will the judges be looking for in this category?
The purpose of this award is to celebrate a Jersey-based individual within a member firm for driving forward the sustainable finance agenda within their organisation, outside of leadership level.

This award intends to capture and commend such an individual, and the judges will be looking for the submission to evidence why the individual put forward demonstrates the qualities being looked for.
What information should I include on the nomination form?
Nominations should give details of the individual’s contribution to their organisation’s sustainable finance agenda.
As this category is aimed at a more junior level, it is recognised that this may be as part of a larger project team but where the individual has contributed new ideas and initiatives. The nominee will be recognised by the business as a future influencer or leader in this area and examples should be given as to why (this should include both personal qualities and business outputs).
