What information should I include on the nomination form?

Nominations should explain the various initiatives undertaken by the firm to lower the environmental aspect of their business.

Examples should be given as to why those initiatives were chosen and the positive results achieved as a result of their introduction (which could be continuing at the time of the nomination). Nominations should also explain how a culture of sustainability exists throughout the business.
