The winners of this year’s Jersey Finance Rising Stars Awards were announced last week at a ceremony on 28 July at the Royal Jersey Showground.
The Awards, now in their fourth year, are designed to recognise the future leaders from across the local financial services industry by celebrating young Jersey talent (ages 16 – 30 years).
The ceremony was introduced by Jersey Finance’s Chief Executive, Joe Moynihan, who highlighted the positive role Jersey’s young professionals play within the industry, the workplace, and the community. He underlined the importance of supporting young local talent in order to maintain a sustainable and resilient workforce on the Island.
More than 200 young professionals were nominated for the Awards, of which 42 were shortlisted by a panel of independent judges. More than 50,000 votes were cast by members of the public to determine the winners.
Winners of the Awards this year were:

– Funds: Natalia Jurajda, Langham Hall Fund Management (Jersey) Limited
– Human Resources: Kim Hamon, KPMG Channel Islands Limited
– Investment Management: Connor Spence, Rathbones
– Law: Ellen Jarvis, Walkers
– Marketing: Jake Mullins, PwC
– Operations and Secretarial: Jonathan Noiraut, Langham Hall Fund Management (Jersey) Limited
– Trust and Corporate Services: Rachel Patterson, Aztec Financial Services (Jersey) Limited
Commenting on the Awards, Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive at Jersey Finance said:

“The passion, commitment and dedication shown by these young professionals to both their employers and the community have really shone through, making them worthy winners.
